Service Description
This service officially authenticates a photocopy as a precise, unaltered reproduction of its original document, which is required for many governmental, legal, and academic submissions. Certification is achieved when an authorized professional examines both the original and the copy, then affixes an official stamp, signature, and date to confirm the copy’s integrity.
Cancellation Policy
1. If cancelling, please do so one hour before your appointment. 2. A valid, government-issued photo ID is mandatory (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or official ID card). Expired ID and student IDs are not accepted. The name on your photo ID must exactly match the name on your documents. 3. All forms must be fully completed before arrival, but do not sign until in the presence of the notary. 4. Fees are calculated per signature and/or seal, not per document. 5. A waiver (which will be sent to you upon booking/available in office) must be fully completed before the service begins. 6. Address: 3636 Steeles Ave E, Unit 312, Markham Ontario, L3R 1K9. (Take the elevator to the third floor, room is straight ahead). 7. If you require an extra witness for your document, please bring someone with you as there is only one person, the Notary, in the office. 8. One notarization is $28.25 ($25 plus HST). Payment may be made by credit card, cash, or e-transfer.
