What Do I Need for My Notarization Appointment in Ontario

• A valid, government-issued photo ID is mandatory (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or official ID card). Expired ID and student IDs are not accepted.

• The name on your photo ID must exactly match the name on your documents.

• All forms must be fully completed before arrival, but do not sign until in the presence of the notary.

• Fees are calculated per signature and/or seal, not per document.

• A waiver (which will be sent to you upon booking/available in office) must be fully completed before the service begins.
